EMI survey / study for a new building very close to a railway station having extensive electrification.
Survey / study results showed likely EMI problems within the building which is owned by a ‘Blue Chip’ insurance company.
EMC Consultants provided all services related to optimisation (minimising the extent of necessary protection measures) and integration of electromagnetic screening into the building. The company Provided detailed specifications and regular quality assurance monitoring whilst a specialist contractor installed the electromagnetic screening and specialist glazing.
Upon completion of the project, measurements were carried out within the building to prove EMI levels were below the threshold of electronic equipment susceptibility. Full test and acceptance documentation was provided.
